Reservation and Confirmation

Guests can make a reservation through our booking platform or by contacting the property owner directly.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required prepayment has been received and confirmation has been sent to the guest.

Payment Policy

The prepayment must be completed by the stated deadline. If payment is not received on time, the reservation may be canceled.
The remaining balance must be paid before arrival or according to the agreed payment schedule.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Reservations may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms specified at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
In case of cancellation, refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was originally used.
For cancellations made no later than 7 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date, as well as in case of a no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Please note that payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount, as such fees are charged by payment providers and are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within a few business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 13:00, and check-out time is until 12:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Late check-out without prior approval may result in an additional charge.

Damages and Cleaning

Guests are responsible for the condition of the room(s) during their stay and must cover the cost of any damages caused.
The cabin must be left clean and tidy at the end of the stay.

House Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the room(s).
Pets are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.

Liability Disclaimer

The property is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings or for any injuries or damages resulting from the guest’s actions during the stay.

Additional Terms

Guests must comply with all additional terms and conditions stated in the booking confirmation or other related documents.

By completing a reservation, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these house rules and policies.
